Many senior leaders reach a point where what once drove their success no longer feels enough.
Outwardly, everything appears fine. But internally, something shifts. Decisions feel heavier, leadership starts to feel mechanical, and the inner self behind the role becomes harder to hear.
This is not a loss of capability. It is a threshold.
"Our members voted it the best retreat we have ever held. Juliette led us into uncomfortable and challenging territory with enthusiasm, humour and deep listening. The impact on the group was profound and lasting.”
Peter Doggett, Vistage Group Chairman

The leadership threshold
At this point, the strategies that brought you here are no longer enough.
Questions begin to surface:
- Why does achievement feel strangely hollow?
- Why do important decisions feel more conflicted or heavy?
- Why does leadership feel increasingly effortful?
This moment is not a problem to solve. It is a transition — one that requires a fundamentally different way of leading.
Many senior leaders reach this point — yet few are supported in how to move through it.
“Unravels issues, thoughts and emotions that have been locked away for years. Juliette truly cares and puts everything into it. I have been fortunate to spend time in her presence.”
Adam Harris, Vistage Group Chairman
Are you at this point?
- You are performing well, but something feels off
- Decisions that used to be clear now feel heavier
- You are questioning how you lead, not just what you do
- Achievement feels less motivating than it once did
- You sense that continuing like this isn't sustainable
If this resonates, you are likely at a leadership threshold.
Most leaders try to push through and double down on what used to work. This retreat invites something different.

"The most powerful and impactful session I’ve ever attended during my time with Vistage. Juliette's style, content, and authenticity were incredible. We can be quite a boisterous group, and her ability to manage the dynamic while ensuring everyone felt respected and had their space was something I’ve never seen before."
