Programme Structure

This 12-month customised online programme includes the following:

• Module 1: Leading Self - Who am I? 
  This is where you build the foundations to better fulfil your leadership role and unlock your potential. You will develop greater self-awareness and confidence by exploring the edge between your conscious and unconscious mind, bringing more connection, creativity, empathy and presence to your leadership approach.
   
• Module 2: Leading Others - How do I lead?
  Turn your attention outward to developing your relationships, sharing your ideas and bringing others on board. Inspire and motivate through more effective leadership communication, accountability and decision-making; create a positive environment and foster a culture of psychological safety and trust.
   
• Module 3: Leading Beyond  - How do I make a difference? 
  Building on the first two modules, this is where you will drive real change in your wider world and make a meaningful difference with the support and tools of being an Awakened Leader.

• Monthly online 1-1 coaching sessions
• Progressive curriculum for personal and business growth
• Customised materials including MBTI personality profile and 360 feedback
• Membership of my resources platform
• Post-program follow-up

Where appropriate, regular check-ins are conducted with HR and managers to adjust the programme's trajectory based on progress. These triangular discussions include the individual being coached to maintain confidentiality.
