  Lay the foundations for impactful by deepening your self-awareness. Explore the unconscious patterns of behaviour that impede your performance and release the blocks to more authentic connection, empathy and presence to the way you lead.
   
• Leading Others - How do I lead?
  Turn your attention outward to strengthen relationships, communicate your ideas effectively and inspire your team. Develop skills in leadership communication, accountability and decision-making while fostering a positive, trusting environment that encourages psychological safety and high performance.
   
• Leading Beyond  - How do I make a difference? 
  Building on the first two modules, this stage equips you to make a meaningful impact beyond your immediate team. Apply your growth as an Awakened Leader to influence and drive change, leaving a lasting mark in your organisation.

Psychometric frameworks, mindfulness practices and 360 feedback tools provide metrics and measurable milestones to ground behavioural and mindset change.

• Progressive curriculum: Engage in a structured programme that promotes deep learning and practical application, ensuring sustained integration of new leadership practices.
• Comprehensive resources platform: Access a wealth of materials, including MBTI personality profiles and 360-degree feedback to suppport your development.
• Programme follow-up: Where appropriate, regular check-ins are conducted with HR and line managers to adjust the programme's trajectory based on progress. These triangular discussions include the individual being coached to maintain confidentiality.
• Optional deep-dive day: Catalyse further shifts through an intensive face-to-face session.
