Personal Power

Personal power is not about control over others but rather a compelling force that emanates from within.

However, only when we understand the power complexes in the depths of our psyche can we develop a healthy relationship with power.

These patterns form early in life and can create unhealthy dynamics in relationships, particularly at work. For example, we notice significant changes in our behaviour around perceived authority figures or conversely our reluctance to step into power when we are given greater responsibility in leadership roles.

Developing real personal power is therefore a deliberate and introspective pursuit. It takes commitment to inner work. Dreams are a method par excellence for understanding the truth of our relationship with power.
