Personal Leadership Development
A challenging 6 month leadership development and culture change programme based on the principle that organisational change starts at the level of individual choices. When enough individuals have changed their behaviours and attitudes to become role models for leadership, lasting change is possible. Every programme is tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation and teams of people involved.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the most frequently used self-assessment tools in management and leadership development programmes around the world. It is a way to provide information about a person's preferred way of behaving and can be beneficial for building self-awareness and ultimately emotional intelligence. It is used in leadership development, team building, communications training and executive coaching.
Each of these revealing one day masterclasses identifies key personality traits in a thought provoking and fun way. With increased self-awareness, ideal work patterns, motivators, communication styles and decision making processes can then be put in place, creating a positive and lasting impact on working relationships.
