Juliette Lee is a personal leadership development and change facilitator.

A former chemical engineer with a decade of experience in ICI and Zeneca, combined with ten years in personal and professional development, she provides 1-1 coaching and facilitates group retreats and programmes for senior managers.

An approved speaker for Vistage, The Academy for Chief Executives and the Whitehall and Industry Group leadership programme, Juliette presents at events both large and small with acclaim.

As well as her public engagements, Juliette is an accredited coach trained by the Coach Training Institute in San Francisco and a qualified NLP and MBTI practitioner.

Regularly appearing on radio, Juliette is a resident voice for BBC Tees radio contributing to discussions on a wide variety of topics on workplace and social issues.

A thought provoking and stimulating communicator, Juliette's compelling and enthusiastic approach is a breath of fresh air.

Originally from Glasgow, Juliette now lives in the North East of England where she indulges her passion for horses whenever she can.
